We want you to rock your KISS gear with pride, but if your order isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing at our warehouse.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
